Bring your children to a trial lesson to find out how much they enjoy doing music or singing.
Founded by Ernest Chin and Tu Wan Lin, EE Piano Studio has grown into one of Singapore’s most esteemed music academies, known for its commitment to nurturing young musicians through a balanced approach of passion and discipline. Since its inception, EE Piano Studio has upheld a philosophy that emphasizes both musical enjoyment and technical mastery, ensuring students not only develop strong fundamentals but also cultivate a lifelong love for music.
Ernest, a classically trained pianist since young, moved to Singapore in 2018 with a handful of dedicated students. Together with Tu Wan Lin, he built EE Piano Studio from the ground up, expanding significantly through word-of-mouth recommendations and a reputation for excellence, without relying on commercial advertising. Today, EE Piano Studio operates three locations across Singapore—Lakeside, Ang Mo Kio, and Serangoon—each equipped with high-quality grand pianos and comfortable waiting areas, designed to provide students with a professional yet inspiring learning environment.
The studio is home to a team of like-minded, highly qualified teachers, each sharing the same vision of helping students achieve their musical potential. Lessons at EE Piano Studio are structured to balance creativity with technical proficiency, and students are encouraged to participate in stage performances, international competitions, and ABRSM examinations at key milestones (e.g., Grade 3, 5, 8 or Grade 2, 4, 6, 8). Performance opportunities are central to the learning experience, as they instill confidence, stage presence, and artistic expression in every student.
Beyond managing the studio, Ernest and Wan Lin remain deeply involved in shaping the next generation of pianists. Their passion for teaching and commitment to upholding the highest standards in music education continue to set EE Piano Studio apart as a premier destination for aspiring musicians.
We are focused on creating experiences for our students that uplift them, push them to overcome limitations, and encourage them to follow their heart's desires. Music can help students gain self-confidence, express themselves creatively, and develop a community based on a love of learning!
